Is it worth upgrading?

Yes.

Bronze (free) members get 4 emails per month, Silver get a minimum of 10 emails per month and Gold get at least 20 emails per month

Is my payment safe?

Of course. 

These are fully encrypted with Paypal, who are one of the biggest in the world.

My website will not store your card details

How do I cancel?

Sorry to hear this, but just ping me an email, or use the form bellow and I'll get onto this right away in line with the T&Cs

Is it only last minute deals?

Not at all. Although some may be last minute deals, as some destinations have visa issues, or they take a while to get, I'll always try to mix it up a little

Can I book for my family too?

Sure, especially if you like them.

There is no limit to the amount of flights, hotel rooms, or cars you can book in one go

Who do I complain to?

If you have a problem with my website or email, let me know ASAP.

Anything else, you will need to contact the airline, hotel or booking site, eg HOTELS.COM

How do I cancel my booking?

You will need to find out who your booking is with, eg OPODO.COM and contact them if you need to cancel

Can you hold prices for me?

I wish I could. Most offers usually last a couple of days, although the could creep up after a few hours, especially if other Joe's Journeys members are booking spaces
